Welcome to Arumi Moves! These Terms of Service ("Terms") create a legally binding agreement between you and Arumi Moves LLC. By accessing our website, downloading our mobile application, booking classes, or using our services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Engaging in any physical exercise, including Pilates, involves a risk of injury. You acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury.

You hereby waive, release, and discharge Arumi Moves LLC and its instructors from any and all claims or liabilities for any injury or damages resulting from your participation in our Services.

You should consult with your physician before beginning any new exercise program. It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any pre-existing injuries or health conditions.

When you purchase a class, class pack, or membership, you agree to provide current and accurate payment information. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

We have a strict cancellation policy to ensure all clients have a chance to book. The specific cancellation window for any class or appointment will be clearly listed on the booking page at the time of your reservation.

Cancellations made outside of the specified window (late cancellations) or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the class or appointment credit. All purchases for classes, class packs, and memberships are non-refundable.

If you access our Services via our mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the application.

To ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone, we ask that you respect our studio, instructors, and fellow clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Except for the waiver mentioned above, in no event shall Arumi Moves LLC be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue. However, any dispute arising out of these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit. The arbitration will take place in Austin, Texas.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arumi Moves LLC and its employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
